Description

The Betriebskrankenkasse Mobil Oil intends to conclude rebate agreements on the finished pharmaceuticals mentioned in the tender documents in accordance with § 130a para. 8 SGB V. The term of the contract begins on 1.7.2021 and is 24 months.the discount will apply to the supply and invoicing of a contractually agreed drug during the term of the contract to insured members of the company health insurance fund Mobil Oil, with the exception of charges within the scope of cost reimbursement procedures in accordance with § 13 para. 2 SGB V, drugs that are prescribed and invoiced within the scope of consultation hours as well as drugs that are dispensed by hospital pharmacies to insured members of the Mobil Oil Company Health Insurance Fund.
