The information under II.2.5) is due to the systematics of this publication form. The conclusion of the contract or an accession to the contract is effected by sending the required completed self-declarations or evidence as well as the contract or contracts either:a) signed by hand (written form pursuant to § 126 BGB) by post orb) provided with a qualified electronic signature (§ 126a BGB) by e-mail to openhouse.rabattvertrag2020-6@kbs.de. The earliest commencement date of the contract is 01.08.2020 if the contract and the required declarations or evidence are received by the KBS by 05.07.2020 at the latest. The contract therefore starts on the first day of the month following the month in which the contract and the required declarations or evidence are received by the CAB if they are received by the 5th of each month; otherwise on the first day of the month after next. The contracts end automatically, without the need for termination, as soon as the contract partner(s) for the active substance(s) or the active substance combination(s) has/have been determined in a formal award procedure. The deadline for the receipt of applications is 05.06.2022. In any case, the contracts end on 31.07.2022.
