Description

The subject matter of the order is the supply of medicinal products including drugs used in the treatment of hematological diseases and drugs used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis, as well as disposable medical devices.A detailed description of the subject matter of the order including information on the assortment, quantities and its requirements has been specified in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, in which the Purchaser requires the indication of the trade name of the drug.The validity period of the offered subject of the order cannot be shorter than 6 months from the date of each deliveryThe offered subject of the order must be authorized for marketing of medicinal products in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 6, 2001 - Pharmaceutical Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, Item 2142 as amended). The requirement does not apply to Parts where prod. but are not required: part 12.Further description of the subject of the order SWZ.III.
