1. the subject of the contract is the supply with bringing of medicines in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. (2) The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party listed in the Assortment and Quantity Form, be brand new and ready for use as intended without additional purchases. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and a draft contract -Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.4) The Orderer requires that the offered subject of the contract have a validity period of not less than 6 months from the date of delivery. 5. the Ordering Party allows the possibility of supplying the subject of the contract with a shelf life shorter than 6 months only if the Contractor obtains the consent of the Ordering Party.6. as part of the execution of the contract, the contractor is obliged to carry out accompanying services (e.g. transport, insurance for the time of transport, loading, unloading, etc.).
