Description

Comprehensive service involving the supply of electricity (sales, distribution) and maintenance of street lighting and lighting of public places within the administrative borders of the Municipality of Suchy Dab. The delivery of electricity shall be performed under the terms and conditions set forth in the Energy Law and the Civil Code, as well as the executive regulations issued on their basis.
The subject of the contract includes approximately 526 lighting points, where all are owned by ENERGA Oświetlenieenia Sp. z o.o. in Sopot, ul. Rzemieślnicza 17 / 19. The expected electricity consumption during one year of the contract is approximately 283,294 kWh, but it may change during the execution of the contract.Service involving the maintenance of equipment for lighting roads, streets, squares and other public places belonging to the Municipality of Suchy Dąb in the amount of 526 lighting points in accordance with the applicable regulations (ustawa z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku Prawo energetyczne, tj. U. of 2021, item 716 and 868). Some luminaires are installed on overhead and underground lines belonging to Energa Oświetlenie Sp. z o.o. The scope of activities connected with operation and maintenance of the lighting system owned by the Municipality of Suchy Dąb includes (a) visual inspection and technical inspections of power, measuring and control apparatus equipment; (at least once a year) (b) visual inspection and inspection of overhead and cable line routes; (c) technical inspection of luminaires; (at least once a year) (d) replacement of light sources; e) painting and maintenance of metal structures of lanterns, cabinets and switchboards; f) measurements of effectiveness and protection against electric shock with frequency specified by the regulations; g) replacement of worn out poles and extension arms; h) replacement of worn out luminaires; i) replacement of worn out switchboards and cabinets; j) replacement of overhead and cable lines; k) replacement of damaged power supply and lighting control elements; l) repair or replacement of damaged cables; m) suspension of broken wires; n) replacement of luminaires, fittings, ballasts, capacitors, o) replacement of broken or damaged poles; p) replacement of extension arms, damaged pole plates, lantern recess doors; r) elimination of failures in street lighting equipment; s) 24-hour availability and technical supervision over lighting equipment; t) keeping a register of events which will include: dates and details of repairs carried out or other activities related to the ongoing maintenance of lighting points. u) Disposal of worn out light sources and other dismantled elements of the street lighting network; w) Cutting branches that are in collision with street lighting fixtures. z) Inspections of the technical condition of lighting points in the presence of
