Kopernika 8A, 14-200 Iława, POLSKA, b) Agreement No. 2 - for performance of Task 2 with the County Centre for Practical Education in Iława, ul. 1 Maja 8A, 14-200 Iława, POLSKA. c) The Contracting Authority informs that settlements and payments will be made separately between the contractor and the above mentioned4. Requirements concerning the manner of order execution: 1) The Contractor is obliged to guarantee compatibility (security, stability and performance) of new computers with the existing file system based on the Microsoft Windows environment domain system.2) The hardware, software, other electronic equipment and wiring listed in Appendix 1A to the ToR must be brand new, and the supplied hardware must have user manuals in Polish.3) All devices must be accompanied by all accessories, cables and cables necessary for their proper use (e.g. power cord, USB cables, etc.).4) The Contractor undertakes, for the duration of the warranty, to remove the reported defects or faults free of charge on the terms specified in the model contract.Due to a limited number of marks, the full description of the subject of the order has been included in the Terms of Reference in §III of the ToR, model contract and in Appendix 1A (Table 1) to the ToR made available on the purchasing platform at https://platformazakupowa.pl 1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in this procedure for Part 2 and minimum technical parameters are specified in Annex 1B (Table 2) to the ToR,3. Requirements for the execution of the contract for Part 2:1) The Economic Operator shall be obliged to guarantee the compatibility (security, stability and performance) of new computers with the existing file system based on the Microsoft Windows environment domain system.2) The equipment, software, other electronic equipment and wiring listed in Appendix 1B to the ToR must be brand new, and the supplied equipment must have user's manual in Polish.3) All accessories, cables and cables necessary for their proper use (e.g. power cord, USB cables, etc.) must be attached to all devices.4) The Contractor undertakes, for the duration of the warranty, to remove any defects or faults reported free of charge, in accordance with the terms specified in the model contract.5.) The Contractor shall provide access to technical support to report defects or faults via the Internet or by telephone.6) The Contractor undertakes to provide warranty cards.7) The Contractor shall provide the Customer with access to driver updates via the publicly available website of the manufacturer. This access cannot be limited by the requirements of logging in, setting up user accounts, or passwords or other forms restricting free access to the drivers after indication/selection of the device model.8) The contractor will indicate the manufacturer and the model and, if necessary, other symbols/numbers of the specified hardware and software, so that the parameters of the offered hardware can be clearly identified.9) The supplier together with the hardware will provide a list of serial numbers of the supplied devices and software - Quality Acceptance Protocol.10) The Contractor shall be liable for deficiencies and defects in the subject of the contract arising during transport.11) The Contractor shall be obliged to include in the price of the offer the costs of transport to the place of reception, connection, commissioning, installation of equipment, installation of software together with all necessary materials for the assembly and installation.12) It is required that the equipment offered has the minimum warranty period indicated in Appendix No. 1B to the ToR for individual devices.13) The Contracting Authority informs that it does not have plans or diagrams of places where interactive sets are to be installed. The selected contractor is obliged to assemble the equipment in accordance with the art, in a manner ensuring correct operation and achievement of the assumed objectives.
