Description

This invitation to tender includes the following services:- the call for tenders and the nationwide delivery of the following PC variants:-- BA standard PC incl. Microsoft Windows OEM license,
-- Developer PCs incl. Microsoft Windows OEM license,
-- BiZ- and Proxy-PC It is always the latest Microsoft Windows version (pro or Enterprise) at the time of order to deliver. All PCs are to be delivered including power cables (see glossary):- electronic documentation,- optional pre-fuelling of PCs ex works,- optional call and nationwide delivery of replacement power cables,- return of old equipment,- return of transport and packaging material,- claims arising from defects for a period of 48 months,- granting of user defect flat rates and handling flat rates,- granting of a transport cost surcharge for individual deliveries.the minimum purchase quantity for PCs is 100,000 units. The estimated purchase quantity including the minimum purchase quantity is 176,500 units without any obligation to purchase. If the BA has additional requirements for different PC configurations or associated software during the term of the contract, the BA reserves the right to obtain a corresponding offer from the Contractor for these and to include the products in the contract under the existing conditions after testing.
