PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In general, the plans and specifications for the Pearkes Building Roofing Replacement project include for the demolition of the existing roofing systems on all roof levels of the building and for the provision of new roofing systems. The new roofing systems include conventional 2-ply Modified Bitumen application on the Center Block roof, as well as 2-ply Modified Bitumen. Protected Roofing Membrane application on the North and South towers, Cores and, Air Wells. Also included demolition of obsolete concrete pier roof anchors, and provisions for new guardrails.

Work is to be completed within Insert Number of Weeks (48) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001 à $5,000,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:

This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) / Facility Security Clearance at level of Reliability. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.
