The contract concerns the appointment of a social secretariat in accordance with the provisions of the specifications. The services include five blocks in the technical specifications: salary package, payroll, social formalities, link to accounting, internal and external reporting.Note: Z.org KU Leuven vzw groups all activities of the University Psychiatric Centre KU Leuven (UPC KU Leuven) and the Psychiatric Care Home Andreas (PVT Andreas). The activities of UPC KU Leuven are currently located on two campuses: campus Kortenberg and campus Gasthuisberg in Leuven. The activities of PVT Andreas are also divided over two campuses: campus Lubbeek and campus Melsbroek. The PC under which the activities fall is PC 330. In addition, Z.org KU Leuven is also involved in various mobile teams and care networks. Within Z.ORG KU Leuven, as well as the various healthcare networks, different staff regulations apply. This tender can be extended to all our affiliated partners for the duration of the contract. The contracting authority also acts on behalf of Medisch Centrum St.-Jozef vzw, Abdijstraat 2, 3740 Bilzen. Medisch Centrum St.-Jozef vzw groups all activities of the psychiatric hospital and the psychiatric care home. The activities of the psychiatric hospital are currently located on two campuses: campus Munsterbilzen and campus ZMK in Maaseik. The activities of PVT are also divided over two campuses: campus Munsterbilzen and campus Tongeren. The PC under which the activities fall is PC 330. In addition, Medisch Centrum St.-Jozef vzw is also involved in various mobile teams and care networks.
