FOR PAVING WORK 6 TH ROW

The municipality of Saint-Damase-de-L'Islet is requesting tenders for paving work on the 6th Rank (+/- 4,140 linear metres of paving). The work will be carried out in spring 2019.
Bidding documents describing the exact nature of the work to be performed may be obtained through the Electronic Tendering Service (SE@O) for a fee determined by the latter. During the bidding period, the Municipality may modify, specify, add or delete any part of the bid document by sending an addendum to SE@O that will be sent to the bidders who requested the quotation. The Municipality shall also not be liable for any action or claim for costs or losses incurred by bidders as a result of such clarifications.

Tenders duly sealed and marked "PAVING WORK 6 RANK
FILE NO. 655864", must comply with the requirements of the specifications and be submitted on the forms provided for this purpose and must be filed, at the municipal office, no later than Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., legal time in effect, to be opened publicly on the same day, at 11:01 a.m., at the municipal office located at 26, rue du Village Est, St-Damase. To be considered, bids must be submitted on the form provided in the bidding documents obtained through the Electronic Tendering Service (SE@O). Bids received by mail, fax or email will not be considered.
The municipality of Saint-Damase-de-L'Islet undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders submitted, without any obligation whatsoever towards either of the tenderers and also releases itself from any liability for the costs incurred by tenderers in preparing tenders and from the fact that the written notices or documents conveyed by electronic means are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders.
