Description

These bidding conditions are formulated to establish the regulation of the procurement process for the "OUTSOURCING SERVICE FOR LA FLORIDA HOSPITAL", and regulate, among other aspects, the conditions to be met by the offers, the stages of the bidding process, its evaluation and awarding, the conditions of the contract, and all the necessary aspects for the correct procurement process.
It should be noted that the service associated with this acquisition must comply with the specifications of these terms and conditions.
The supplier may not offer services other than those established in these bidding conditions, nor complements or extras not contemplated in the technical requirements; any extra offered will not be considered in the evaluation.

Notwithstanding the above, any extra offered, not required by the Hospital, and which cannot be technically or economically separated from the service to be acquired, will be understood as not complying with the request and will be grounds for declaring the offer inadmissible.

The service requested, as well as the estimated amounts of expenditure, are detailed in the Technical Bidding Terms and Conditions.
