Belgium - Pavement paving and resurfacing work

Description

The contract is a public works contract for the redevelopment of various roads and areas in the private and public domain of the Commune of Ixelles, as well as the landscaping of roads.
This lot concerns the redevelopment of various roads and spaces in public areas, located on the territory of the Commune of Ixelles. The work involves:- the dismantling of existing pavements including kerbs, water nets, posts, foundations, etc.the excavation and backfill necessary for the establishment of coffers and the execution of various works;- the supply and laying of new and reused reconstituted blue stone concrete or natural blue stone kerbs;- the straightening, raising, lowering, forward or backward movement of reused kerbs of all dimensions;- the paving of flat paving stones for the reuse of pavements recovered in situ or supplied in sandstone and/or porphyry street paving;- the supply and laying of new compressed concrete slabs 30x30x6 cm;- the supply and laying of new concrete paving stones 22x11x8 cm or 20x20x8 cm;- the removal of non-recovered materials from dismantling, demolitions, etc.;- the paving of pavements of new or recycled natural blue stone and of reuse;- the paving of pavements of new or recycled natural blue stone and of reuse;- the paving of pavements of new or recycled natural blue stone and of reuse;- the paving of pavements of new or recycled natural blue stone and of reuse;- the paving of pavements of new or recycled natural blue stone and of reuse;- the paving of pavements of new or recycled natural blue stone and of reuse. the loading, transport and unloading of recovered materials at the communal depot or any other place in the Commune;- the carrying out of various related works;- the raising of sewer covers, manholes, valve chambers, marker posts and all similar covers;- the dismantling, loading and evacuation of the existing carpet, at a pouring to be procured by the contractor, all at the care and expense of the contractor, as well as the establishment of two-layer hydrocarbon coatings:-- a profile layer of hydrocarbon concrete;- a wearing layer of asphalt concrete BB4C of a minimum thickness of 2.5 cm; This lot is for road landscaping work and includes the planting of high-stem trees and shrubs. The works are detailed in the technical clauses of the present specifications.
