Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery of vehicles with left-hand steering system. Vehicles which are the subject of the order must meet the technical conditions stipulated by the legal regulations in force in Poland for passenger vehicles on public roads and the conditions stipulated by the Community law in the European Union for this type of vehicles. Vehicles which are the subject of the contract may need to be adapted to the needs of the Purchaser, in accordance with the conditions set out below. The adaptation will involve the supply and installation of additional equipment. Superior technical equipment - listed below - will be transported in the luggage compartment, with a standard size of the boot (without folding the backrests of the rear seats or couch). Vehicles must be suitable for operation in all seasons of the year and day, in atmospheric conditions encountered in the Polish climatic zone:(a) at ambient temperatures ranging from -30 degrees Celsius to +50 degrees Celsius, (b) dusting air to 1,0 g/m3 for 5 hours, (c) wind speed to 20 m/s, (d) relative air humidity to 98 % (at +25 degrees Celsius), (e) rain intensity to 180 mm/h for 5 minutes, and outdoor storage and washing in automatic brush washers. This order is a part of the project entitled: Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the automatic traffic control system, co-financed by the European Union within the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020. The Contractor will be obliged to place on the vehicles delivered information on the EU co-financing of the project, in accordance with the model provided after the signing of the contract by the Contracting Authority resulting from the Book of visual identification of the brand mark European Funds and marks of the cohesion policy programmes for 2014-2020 available at the website: https://www.funduszeeuropejskie.gov.pl/media/49391/Ksiega_Identification_Visual_2014-2020_2017.pdf. The above markings should be permanent, weather resistant and should be placed in a visible place agreed with the Ordering Party. Delivery and delivery of vehicles to the Ordering Party shall take place at the place and time indicated by the Ordering Party, in the area of the Capital City of Warsaw. The delivery will be made in two rounds: the first part covering 5 Vehicles, the second part covering 6 Vehicles, with the proviso that no more than two working days pass between the delivery dates of the first and the second part. The Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party of the readiness to collect vehicles 5 working days before the planned delivery date. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of conducting technical inspections confirming the compliance of the subject of the order with the agreement and OPZ, including readiness for acceptance. Together with each vehicle, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party, after a positive acceptance, with documents enabling its registration, drawn up in Polish, including in particular: an extract from the vehicle type-approval certificate or the vehicle EC certificate of conformity together with the statement of the manufacturer/importer confirming the vehicle data not included in the certificate of conformity. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Customer no later than at the date of acceptance with the following documents relating to each vehicle: a) warranty book, b) equipment list, c) vehicle handbook, d) vehicle card, e) list of authorized service stations. Vehicles must be ready for use and will not require refuelling immediately after delivery, allowing a minimum of 100 km each.
