Against the background of the expiry of the current full-service leasing contract, BIG direkt gesund invites tenders for the transfer of use of 14 brand-new vehicles for 36 months as full-service leasing with an annual mileage of between 30,000, 40,000 and 50,000 km.
Against the background of the expiry of the current full-service leasing contract, BIG direkt gesund invites tenders for the transfer of 14 brand-new vehicles for 36 months as full-service leasing with an annual mileage of between 30,000 and 50,000 km. The vehicles are intended for the field service of the client, the field service districts are distributed over the whole of Germany. 2 further vehicles can be added optionally up to 31.12.2023. The provision of all leasing vehicles registered to BIG direkt gesund takes place at the location of the client in Dortmund, the registration has to take place at the road traffic office responsible for the legal seat of the client in Berlin beforehand. The services include, among other things: - the assumption of claims management, fuel card management including the provision of fuel cards, driver's license checks,- the performance of maintenance, inspections and wear-and-tear repairs, a tire service, the provision of replacement vehicles and a digital reporting tool, which provides the client with vehicle-related information at any time. Details on the type and scope of the services to be awarded are set out in the annex "Description of services" and the annex "Contract".
