1. the procedure for the award of a sector contract is conducted as an open tender under the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019. (Journal of Laws 2019 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the PPL Act.2 .The proceedings are conducted in the Polish language.3. The information obligation resulting from Article 13(1) and (2) of the RODO (EU) has been fulfilled on the PGG S.A. website under the RODO tab. The Ordering Party presents the information clause resulting from the provisions of RODO in the category of contractor - the content of the information clause is placed on the website of PGG S.A. The subject matter of the order is supply of drilling equipment: rods and connectors and other elements of the drilling pipe for the Branch Office of PGG S.A. Detailed description has been included in the SWZ (Terms of Reference).5 In order to confirm that the offered service complies with requirements of the Contracting Authority it is required to submit with the offer the mentioned means of proof.6 The Contracting Authority shall apply the reverse procedure of examination and evaluation of offers, referred to in art. 139 of the PPL Act.
