AGB Stadsontwikkeling Hasselt is currently working on the construction of an underground car park called 'Parking Blauwe Boulevard'. This car park in Hasselt is part of an enormous, inner-city development with approx. 400 residential units, approx. 22,000 m2 of retail space and an underground parking complex that, in addition to a public car park, also houses the following functions: - a private, residential car park with 504 parking spaces, divided over several separate locations within the project (which are not part of the assignment), - a shared loading and unloading quay for heavy goods traffic, - various commercial spaces at quay level. the public car park has a capacity of approx. 1,830 parking spaces. This contract concerns a public service contract and relates to (1) the equipment, (2) the management and (3) the maintenance of the Blauwe Boulevard underground car park.1) The 'equipment' part of this mission consists mainly of the supply and installation of operating equipment (barriers, pay machines, cameras, etc.). This section also includes the supply and installation of certain technical equipment;2) The 'management' section of the current assignment consists mainly of the operation of the car park thus equipped. The operation includes in particular the daily management of the car park (access control, primary contacts, intervention [...]) and monitoring and control;3) The 'maintenance' part of this assignment consists mainly of the maintenance of everything relating to the car park except for the equipment not installed by it (i.e. the contractor is responsible for the maintenance of the installations provided by the contractor and for the maintenance of the operating equipment in order to guarantee the level of service (maintenance, cleaning, repairs [...]), with the exception of escalators, lifts and parking facilities). All income generated by the operation shall be collected on behalf of the purchaser on its own account. The contractor will receive a quarterly lump sum payment for the use of the parking facilities and the provision of services (management, operation and maintenance). The pricing of the parking is determined by the client.CPV classification: 63712400-7 exploitation of parking areas.The assignment has a duration of 2 years, which can be extended annually by 1 year with a maximum duration of the entire assignment of 5 years. If the client decides to extend the contract, this must be notified to the contractor no later than 4 months before the end of the contract.
