Lot 9 Prohlis/Reick (districts Prohlis, Reick, Niedersedlitz), approx. 54 objects; mowing of utility lawns, mowing of landscape lawns, mulching of meadow areas, mowing out of lawns, pruning/cutting of lawn edges, maintenance of wooded areas, pruning of hedges, maintenance of roses, maintenance of perennials, cleaning of paths and squares, cleaning of playground or fall protection areas (except for sand cleaning), emptying of waste containers, cleaning of areas from garbage and clearing of leaves.The bid can be submitted for all lots. However, only a maximum of two lots per bidder will be awarded. Since the evaluation criterion is price = 100%, the bidder with the lowest price will be awarded the contract. If one or more bidders have bid in more than 2 lots and are ranked first in all lots, the most favorable award for the entire invitation to bid will be determined, taking into account the limitation of awards to 2 lots per bidder. This is done on the basis of a matrix in which all possible award variants are mathematically compared. The contract is awarded to the combination with the lowest total bid amount.
