Description

The Charité ? Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin invites tenders for the LBM Erneuerung der Infrastruktur Süd | 51-0137.

The project 'Renewal of Infrastructure South, CVK' is intended to develop the electrical supply (emergency power) of the southern development section of the Campus Virchow-Klinikum. Charité is also improving the supply of cooling and heating to the Campus Virchow Clinic and expanding the data and telecommunications infrastructure.

With the implementation of the state building project 'Renewal of Infrastructure South, CVK', the south-western campus area will be developed and at the same time an important building block for the campus supply will be constructed with the new 'Technical Hub' building.

As part of the state construction project, the following media will be integrated into the existing campus infrastructure in the south-western area of the Virchow Clinic campus and expanded for the future:

- Sewage and water systems,
- heat supply systems,
- cooling supply systems,
- power supply systems,
- telecommunications and information technology systems.

Once the measure has been implemented, the logistical development of the southern campus will meet the needs of modern medical care at the Virchow Clinic campus in addition to the technical development.

The work will be carried out without interrupting hospital operations.

There are special requirements in accordance with the Berlin Tendering and Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG).
