Germany - Organization of fairs and exhibitions

Wirtschaftsförderung Land Brandenburg GmbH (WFBB) is planning to organize joint stands for the state of Brandenburg and the capital region in the years 2023 to 2026. For the tender period, joint stands are planned at four to six trade fairs each year in Germany and other European countries. During the maximum contract period of four years, there will therefore probably be a total of 20 trade fairs. In addition, joint stands are planned outside Europe.
We are looking for a contractor (CO) who will take on the following tasks as a service provider:- Creation of a joint stand concept, preparation of a price overview as well as elaboration and visualization of a sample joint stand.- Adaptation of this concept to the respective individual projects once details of the trade fair and the stand (placement, stand size, number of co-exhibitors, etc.) have been determined.- Implementation of the joint stand construction in Germany and Europe. D-EU: Implementation of the stand construction and organization and handling of various services during the trade fair.- WORLD: Organization of a stand builder/subcontractor on site to take over the stand construction and services on site - all after close consultation with and approval by the AG.
