Optimization of the complaint management process at the Vice-President of Labour Standards (VPNT)
Brief description
By this call for tenders, the CNESST wishes to retain the services of a service provider specialized in professional and administrative support services, more specifically, in process optimization.
Estimated duration of the contract
The contract will start around September 2019 and end around March 2021.
Location of the work
The work will take place in Quebec City
Deadline for receipt of bids
Your firm's submission must reach the CNESST contract management advisor at the central door of 524 Bourdages Street, Quebec City, G1M 1A1, before 10 a.m. on July 16, 2019. All documents received after this deadline will not be considered by the selection committee.
The service provider is invited to use the return label attached as an annex to tender documents in Book 1. The service provider assumes full responsibility for the transmission of its submission.
Deadline for receipt of complaints
For the purposes of this call for tenders, complaints must be submitted electronically by June 28, 2019 to the following address: https://www.cnesst.gouv.qc.ca/plaintes-processus-contractuel.

The CNESST requires service providers to address themselves exclusively to these persons and no other person in connection with this call for tenders, unless they specify otherwise. Any failure to comply with this obligation may result in the elimination of the service provider.
Opening of bids
The public opening will take place at 524 Bourdages Street, Room R-11, on July 16, 2019 at 10:00 am.
Other information
The CNESST does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
The service provider will only have to submit one bid.
Tender documents are only available through the electronic system SÉAO
