Operational support in the crisis management project "Incident Response": Transformation of crisis operations to regular operations. The security thresholds are to be significantly increased and improved in all areas. This includes: a) the modernization of the IT environment from the data center to the workplace; b) the optimization and expansion of IT security; c) the evaluation of managed services and cloud technologies to improve security in the affected operating areas as well as the optimization and efficiency increase of secure IT operations, also to counter the shortage of skilled workers; d) the expansion of digitization to support medical processes, e.g. as part of the KHZG funding program, the KRITIS guidelines and other requirements from all affiliated areas.
The aim of this tender is to award the contract for operational support to an expert service provider. Resources and know-how are required that can support the transformation of the previous operating and emergency environment into the new regular operating environment.
