Operation of the canteen: The canteen serves the approx. 1,300 employees of the licenser at the GRS site (status 05/2018). There is a day care centre for children on the property. The concessionaire is entitled to offer the provider the delivery of meals for the day care centre catering. In the past, the number of meals was approx. 450 a day, at peak times 600 a day.the following seating capacities exist:- dining room: 296 seats,- cafeteria: 117 seats,- outdoor area: 50 seats.the conclusion of the concession agreement is intended to ensure the tasty, healthy and wholesome supply of balanced meals/intermeals to the employees of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).Cafeteria:In addition, small meals and drinks are to be offered in the cafeteria of the concessionaire at Graurheindorfer Strasse 108 in Bonn.conference service and catering services at the Bonn properties:The main place of performance is the GRS property with an average of 5 requirements per day for conference service and/or catering in the range of up to 15 persons, including about 2 to 3 requirements conference service for only one person (e.g. lecturers) per day, the DMW is supplied once a week on an annual average. Larger catering orders incl. conference service are on average about 65 per year, of which an estimated 5 take place in the DMW. These values are estimated values and are based on the average allocations of the last 3 years. For this purpose, the grantor leases the canteen rooms on the property to the concessionaire, together with the equipment and fixtures.
