Description

Acquisition of second-hand Microsoft licenses for the Gard department including: - right of use for an indefinite period, - security updates and other minor corrective updates, - "In volume" licenses (reusable in the event of equipment reform), - provision of elements allowing the use of licenses (license keys, DVDs, etc.), Compliance with the directives of the European Court of Justice ruling (judgment C128.11 of 3.7.2012) is imperative. The total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows: - period 1: maximum EUR 800,000 excluding tax,- period 2: maximum EUR 100,000 excluding tax,- period 3: maximum EUR 100,000 excluding tax,- period 4: maximum EUR 100,000 excluding tax,The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract. It can be renewed 3 times.
