France - OPC (Scheduling, Steering, Coordination) mission for the construction of a sports facility in the commune of Parçay-Meslay.

Description

Element of project management mission,
The scheduling, coordination and management of the construction site are respectively aimed at :
1° To analyze the elementary tasks relating to the execution studies and the works, to determine their sequences as well as their critical path through graphic documents;
2° To harmonize in time and space the actions of the various participants at the stage of the works;
3° At the stage of the works and until the lifting of reservations within the time limits stipulated in the public works contracts, to implement the various organizational measures adopted in terms of scheduling and coordination.

The OPC mission is described in Book IV of the second part of the Code de la commande publique.
