Canada - On-demand contract for electrical contractor 3 lots

The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Est (CISSS de la Montérégie-Est) is the result of the merger of the CSSS Richelieu-Yamaska, CSSS Pierre-Boucher, CSSS Pierre-De-Saurel and the Centre jeunesse de la Montérégie. In all, there are more than 60 facilities grouped into three lots on the territory. (See the list of facilities and their addresses in the appendix at the end of this document). CISSS de la Montérégie may add new facilities during the course of a contract, with 30 days' notice. By way of example, CISSS du Montérégie-Est, represented here by the Direction des services techniques (DST), plans to undertake asset maintenance, functional renovations, maintenance and other renovations in several of its facilities. In addition, this work will include mandates of varying scope related to the operation of the facilities. This work may be carried out under a performance-on-demand contract. The total amount of work is defined by lot, as follows: 1. lot 1 - St-Hyacinthe and surrounding area: $1,100,000 for the 3-year duration; 2. lot 2 - Sorel and surrounding area: $1,050,000 for the 3-year duration; 3. Lot 3 - Longueuil and surroundings: $1,800,000 for the duration of 3 years; 2- DESCRIPTION OF NEED The CISSS de la Montérégie-Est is requesting bids from electrical contractors to provide, upon request, the labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision required to perform maintenance, repair, improvement or modification work on electrical systems by qualified personnel. This may include requests for recurring requirements of uncertain dollar value, pace or frequency, under the supervision of a SERVICE PROVIDER foreman. All such requests will have a defined scope of work over time.
