Description

The subject of the contract is a framework agreement pursuant to Section 103 (5) GWB in conjunction with Section 21 VgV with a term of three years with renewal options. This framework agreement covers the supply of office consumables to the departments from the complete office supplies core range and, where applicable, from the Contractor's respective trade catalog.
The subject of the contract is a framework agreement pursuant to Section 103 (5) of the ARC in conjunction with Section 21 of the VgV with a term of three years with renewal options pursuant to Item 2.2. This framework agreement includes the supply of office consumables to the departments from the complete office consumables core range and, if applicable, from the Contractor's respective trade catalog. The core assortment of articles specified in the price summary (File 05) is to be delivered to the approx. 150 offices of the Munich Police Headquarters in the city and district of Munich.A list with the exact addresses of the offices will be sent upon receipt of the award.Subsequent authorities or parts of authorities, with delivery addresses in the city and district of Munich, are entitled to order the office supplies at the same conditions and prices of this contract: - Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, for Sports and Integration, Munich- State Building Authority Munich 2, Munich- Bavarian State Office for Statistics, Munich Office- State Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Munich- Bavarian Administrative Court, Munich- Bavarian Administrative Court of Appeal, Munich- Bavarian State Attorney's Office, Munich Office
