Description
The order consists of the supply of standard office furniture for all the locations of Reclassering Nederland. In addition, Reclassering Nederland expects service to be provided in the sense of assembly, disassembly and corrective maintenance of newly purchased and existing furniture.
The scope of the contract includes the supply of standard office furniture in accordance with the Reclassering Nederland interior style, as enclosed in appendix 12, such as:Flex workstation including standard office chairTable and chairs for consultation roomsConference tables and chairsLockers & cabinetsSwoppers (ergonomic stool)Reinforced office chairs (for loads greater than 120 kg)Office chairs for people of above average height. (Body height more than 2 metres) (dis)assembly of delivered and existing furniturecorrective maintenance of delivered and existing furniture The contract value for the furniture at the work-prevention locations is less than EUR 80 000 exclusive of VAT and amounts to less than 20 % of the total contract value exclusive of VAT. A supplier for Lot 2 will therefore be contracted via a separate multiple negotiated procedure.
