Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of furniture specified in Annex No. 2A/2B to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Furniture" or "Subject matter of the contract. Offered Furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production - not earlier than 2022), have the appropriate certificates, approvals and approvals allowing them to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor shall provide free warranty service for the Furniture. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of Furniture together with its delivery to the Purchaser, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Purchaser, as well as installation. By assembly is meant the installation of complete and ready for use Furniture and their leveling.3) Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annexes No. 2A (for parts A-D of the proceedings)/2B (for part E of the proceedings to the SWZ).

The offered Furniture must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production - not earlier than 2022), have the appropriate certificates, approvals and approvals allowing them to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor shall provide free warranty service for the Furniture. 2) The scope of the contract includes: purchase of Furniture together with its delivery to the Purchaser, unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Purchaser, as well as installation. By assembly is understood the installation of complete and ready for use Furniture and their leveling.3) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Annexes No. 2A to the SWZ.4) Maximum term of the contract: up to 21 days from the date of receipt of the order. The Ordering Party will provide the Contractor with orders successively.
