Description
The client currently has 406 employees and about 250 active members of the volunteer fire brigades in its business area. They are to receive occupational medical care at regular intervals in accordance with § 3 of the Occupational Safety Act. Occupational medical care services should be entrusted to a reliable service provider.tasks:GeneralThe services include occupational medical care in accordance with the legal basis for occupational safety:- in accordance with § 3 in conjunction with § 16 of the Occupational Safety Act (ASiG),- in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act,- in accordance with the Ordinance on Occupational Medical Care,- in accordance with the Occupational Medical Rules,- in accordance with §§ 5, 6 and 7 and Annex 1 of the UVV Fire Brigades (DGUV Regulation 49),- in accordance with Pkt. 4 Rule Principles of Prevention (DGUV Rule 100-001),- Fire brigade service regulation 7 "Respiratory protection",- according to DGUV Rules 1 and 2,- according to the instructions for occupational medical precautions in accordance with the principles of the employers' liability insurance association,- according to special legal regulations (recruitment, suitability and aptitude tests),- according to the Biological Substances Ordinance,- according to the Workplace OrdinanceThis includes:The comprehensive advice and support of the client and all employees responsible for occupational safety and accident prevention at the Nordhausen municipal administration, in all matters of health protection, such as- Education in general health care and about health risks at work in the context of the implementation of occupational medical prevention (compulsory, offered and desired prevention),- Implementation of recruitment, aptitude and suitability examinations,- Assessment of working conditions from an occupational/company medical point of view,- Support in the organisation of "first aid" in the company,- Securing immediate appointments in the event of acute health problems, for example during maternity leave,- Advice on and implementation of necessary vaccinations, as well as test procedures to determine immunisation,- Advice on issues relating to changing jobs and the integration and reintegration of disabled people into the work process,- Advice to the employer in the implementation of reintegration measures (§ 167 SGB IX),- Advice to pregnant women and nursing mothers in accordance with the Maternity Protection Act,- Addiction advice,- Inspection of workplaces/assessment of working conditions, notification of detected deficiencies, proposal of appropriate measures and working towards their implementation,- Advice to the employer in the preparation of risk assessments,- Advice on the ergonomic design of workplaces,- Advice on the design of operating facilities and social and sanitary facilities,- Advice on personal protective equipment (PPE).Employees must be advised in accordance with the Ordinance on Occupational Medical Precautions (ArbMedVV) and undergo occupational medical examinations and assessments in accordance with special legal regulations. The examination results must be documented by the company doctor. The duty of confidentiality must be observed, currently affecting 406 employees in the Nordhausen municipal administration. Employees are to be assigned according to their activity (see service description), including general occupational health benefits in accordance with the Occupational Health Regulations and fitness, recruitment and aptitude examinations in accordance with special legal regulations. Employees must be advised in accordance with the recommendations of the Standing Vaccination Commission (STIKO) and vaccinations must be offered in accordance with the risk assessments, and occupational medical check-ups and fitness, recruitment and aptitude tests must be carried out at the intervals specified in the legal regulations.
