Description

The service will be awarded in 2 lots. A bid may be submitted for one lot or both lots.Lot 1: Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH:Within the scope of Lot 1, the company medical services (Section C. 1 of the specifications) for Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH will be awarded. The services of the occupational safety specialist and the services in the areas of fire protection, hazardous substances and waste are provided as options. The Contractor shall not be entitled to call for the optional services.Lot 2: RMK-Service GmbH:Within the scope of Lot 2, the company medical services (Section C. 1 of the specifications) shall be awarded to RMK-Service GmbH. The services of the occupational safety specialist and the services in the areas of fire protection, hazardous substances and waste are provided as options. The contractor is not entitled to call off the optional services. It should be noted that a company doctor with the necessary specialist knowledge must be available as a permanent contact person for each lot for the provision of company medical services; a specialist substitute must always be appointed for periods of illness and leave. The same applies to the occupational health and safety specialist. In the event of bids being submitted for several lots, the company doctor and his deputy may be named more than once without restriction. The same applies to the occupational safety specialist. This applies irrespective of whether the services are merely provided as an option.
The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of occupational medical care and occupational safety services on the basis of the German Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) in conjunction with the current version of the accident prevention regulation DGUV Vorschrift 2 as a company doctor and as an occupational safety specialist. Furthermore, the subject of the invitation to tender is the provision of advice on fire protection, the handling of hazardous substances and waste disposal in compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.The Contractor shall support the Client in all matters of occupational health and safety and accident prevention in accordance with the statutory requirements in the current version. All occupational medical and safety-related services as company doctor and as specialist for occupational safety in the sense of the ASiG as well as the DGUV regulation 2 and other legal regulations are to be provided. The overall supervision includes basic supervision and company-specific supervision in accordance with Annex 2, Section 1 of DGUV Regulation 2, as well as consulting services on fire protection, the handling of hazardous substances and waste disposal. From 1.8.2021, the following sub-services must be provided for Rhein-Maas Klinikum GmbH:- company doctor (occupational medicine) in accordance with § 3 ASiG,- occupational safety specialist in accordance with § 6 ASiG (optional),- fire protection, hazardous substances, waste (optional).The services will generally be provided on the client's premises. Services may also be provided on the contractor's premises only by arrangement with the client. The company doctor/work safety specialist provided by the Contractor shall be on the premises at least one fixed day/per calendar week in order to be able to ensure that appropriate measures can be planned. Activities such as the preparation and follow-up of inspections, meetings of the occupational health and safety committee or workshops may be performed at any location. The scope of services includes all preparatory and follow-up work as well as travel activities for the performance of services. These are not remunerated separately. These services include in particular:- preparatory and follow-up work for e.g. workplace inspections, preventive medical check-ups in accordance with ArbMedVV and participation in committees and specialist projects,- setting up and dismantling of equipment,- cleaning and disinfection work, in particular for occupational health check-ups preparation and dispatch of precautionary certificates and medical certificates within the scope of occupational health precautions,- file management,- dispatch of mail,- further training of the contractor's personnel,- travel expenses/travel time.
