The delegate:- opens the multi reception facilities and activities to all individual users without discrimination,- manages the facilities and activities resulting from them in the best interests of the users and the municipality by guaranteeing the secular and educational nature of the action, respect for hygiene, safety and preventive medicine,- maintains in a good state of conservation the property and movable assets placed at its disposal,- implements measures to enhance the value of collective equipment and activities carried out by children,- ensures that the activities contribute to the development and well-being of children,- assumes at its own risk and peril, the execution of the service by setting up the appropriate means to meet needs in accordance with procedures agreed with the municipality,- operates the equipment within the framework of a leasing contract defining its responsibilities, by performing the tasks necessary for the operation of the service. The delegate:- opens the facilities and activities of the daycare centre and CLSH to all users without discrimination,- manages the facilities and activities resulting from them in the best interests of the users and the municipality by guaranteeing the secular and educational nature of the action, respect for hygiene, safety and preventive medicine,- maintains in a good state of conservation the real estate and movable heritage placed at its disposal,- implements measures to enhance the value of collective equipment and activities carried out by children,- ensures that the activities contribute to the development and well-being of children,- assumes at its own risk and peril, the execution of the service by setting up the appropriate means to meet needs in accordance with procedures agreed with the municipality,- operates the equipment within the framework of a leasing contract defining its responsibilities, by performing the tasks necessary for the operation of the service.
