Description
The City of Waterloo (“City”) is committed to enhancing its customer service operations. Since 2022, efforts have been initiated to assess and better understand the current state of customer service within the City. A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution has been identified as a key next step in streamlining and modernizing customer service management. A CRM solution will support the ability to record customer inquiries, centralize case management and consolidate customer service information.
