This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding proposals for RFP Recruitment Fitness Testing - Regina Fire & Protective Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
Regina Fire & Protective Services requires a vendor to facilitate the York Fitness Test for their firefighter recruitment process. The vendor must be familiar with the York Fitness Test and meet the required qualifications to provide the testing. The vendor will be required to enter into a contractual agreement with the City of Regina. The Contractor shall utilize staff members who hold the Certified Exercise Physiologist or equivalent designation from (HFFC, NSCA, ACSM or CSEP) to perform the Services.   The term of this agreement one (1) year plus one optional year upon mutual agreement
