Canada - NRFP Bedroom Furniture for TTSH

British Columbia Institute of Technology invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of bedroom furniture for the newly constructed Tall Timber Student Housing (TTSH) building on the Burnaby Campus.  The twelve storey Tall Timber Student Housing Building is located at the BCIT Burnaby Campus.  The building also includes a basement.  BCIT anticipates that successful Proponent will have access to TTSH in May 2025.  The successful Proponent will work with the BCIT’s project managers to coordinateall deliverables as described in the NRFP Documents.BCIT would prefer Proponents to have corporate experience in completing project(s) similar is size, scope and complexity to the project outlined in the NRFP within the last six (6) years.The successful Proponent will work closely with stakeholders and consultants in selection and planning of furniture placement to provide a warm, welcoming, and safe space for student living and housing.BCIT uses the BCIT Bonfire portal for issuance of documents and acceptance of bid proposals.Please refer to: https://bcit.bonfirehub.ca/portal/?tab=openOpportunities for this Opportunity.
