Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Riley, intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Sound Products Inc. to support the Fort Riley Office of the Staff Judge Advocate by installing and integrating a VTC System that is conforming to the specialized requirements needed for courtroom proceedings.

The attached specification sheet includes all items that are being procured under this requirement. Due to the inclusive nature of the equipment and its overall purpose in documenting and preserving criminal and civil cases through the application of the judicial system, it is the Government's perspective that awarding to any other contractor can and will delay critical government hearings.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 22 May 2019, 1:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 22 May 2019, 1:00 P.M. CST to MICC - Riley, Shawn Poyser @ shawn.r.poyser.civ@mail.mil.
Responses shall include the following;

•2.       2. Statement of interest meeting all requirements
•3.       3. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities
•4.       4. CAGE Code and/or DUNS Number
•5.       5. Point of contact name and phone number
