the purpose of the contract is to charter aircraft for the benefit of government services in French Guiana
the services are to be understood as the supply of flight hours with crew, without heli-lift, to carry out administrative or judicial police missions, surveillance or intervention on Guianese territory with the transport of personnel and possibly cargo in the cabin or under sling the services are to be understood as the supply of flight hours with crew, without heli-lift, for inspection missions of gold mining operations authorised in Guiana from Félix ÉBOUÉ airport the services are to be understood as the supply of heli-transport services with a maximum capacity of 5 passengers between the aerodromes and the airport.the services are understood to mean the supply to the administration of heli-transport services with a maximum capacity of 5 passengers between the aerodromes, helipads and helipads of the territory, or for the overflight of previously indicated zones from an aerodrome, helipad or helipad of the territory the services are understood to mean the supply to the administration ofadministration of heli-transport services, with a capacity of 5 or 8 passengers, from Cayenne - félix Eboué airport to various isolated sites in French Guiana the services are understood to mean the supply to the administration of air transport services with a minimum capacity of 9 passengers between Cayenne - félix Eboué airport and the various airfields in the territory
