Description
The purpose of this Call for Proposals is to carry out Non-Destructive Checks at the On-Offshore sites of the DICS district.The non-destructive tests that may be required are listed below in an indicative and non-exhaustive manner: - Standard Non-Destructive Tests: - Radiographic and gammagraphic controls (traditional and digital) - Thickness controls with ultrasound - Controls with penetrant liquids - Magnetoscopic controls - Hardness controls - Defective controls with ultrasound PAUT - Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing - Welding controls with vacuum box - Inspection and pressing of flexible hoses - External and internal control of tanks - Visual inspection of lines and equipment in pressure - Visual inspection and dimensional surveys for documental updating (running diagrams, isometric, 3D sketches, etc.).)- Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC)- Non-Destructive Non-Standard Controls: - Thermography- Defective ultrasonic controls ToFD-Time of flight Diffraction- Microstructural replicas (ASTM E1351 and UNI16327)- Eddy current controls- Chemically composition controls- Inspection with camera and endoscope- Visual and thermographic inspection using drones (ref. ENAC regulation for remote piloted aircraft.)- Internal checks UT and VT by ROV / magnetic trolleys in tanks / confined spaces - Thickness checks with magnetic trolley - Thickness checks with IRIS - 3D Laser scanning inspection - Control with magnetic flux technique dispersed (Floor scanner) - Control with guided waves - Acoustic emission - Checks on surface protections (painting) - Checks on lifting equipment, including with inductive magnetic technique according to UNISO 4309 - Check reflectance tanks: ASTM C1546-16- SDT Tank System (Underground Tank Leakage Check). 2nd level technicians qualified according to ISO 9712 in the UTM method to justify the lack of division into lots: the use of a single geographical lot makes it possible to generate cost savings and simplify the management of activities by the Customer
