You must be able to meet the following criteria.

Integrated radio system (IRS)

design and build the IRS with dual cable systems which can support all mobile operators in Hong Kong with 3G, 4G, 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) compatible technology
design and build a common antenna system, which carries mobile signals from different mobile network operators (MNOs)
design and build the point of interface (POI) at a common mobile equipment room (MER), located at B1 Floor, to provide the interfaces for different operators to connect their base stations to the antenna system

Amplifiers

design and build the necessary amplifier(s) between the POI and antennae to ensure coverage performance

Cabling

Antennae

design, supply and install sufficient indoor antennae to provide mobile coverage signal in the indoor area
design, supply and install mobile antennae inside the lift car of all the lifts
design, supply and install outdoor antennae at a roof

Maintenance and Support

be responsible for the maintenance of the IRS and act as the central contact point between the employer and MNOs in coordinating all maintenance activities
