Further boreholes have already been drilled in the area of the new sports hall building.BUILDING:The planned two-court sports hall with the clear dimensions (W x L x H) 22m x 45m x 7.50m can be divided into two sports areas with separate entrances by means of a partition curtain. The grandstand seats 220 spectators and is surrounded by a two-storey social wing and a single-storey technical and storage wing. The building is at ground level and does not have a basement.In addition to the room program of sports halls according to DIN18032-1, there is a multifunctional room with adjoining rooms that can be used by the community, as well as separately accessible rooms for the soccer club, including a club room with adjoining rooms, as well as referee and housekeeping rooms.STRUCTURE:The building is constructed in solid construction made of reinforced concrete andKS masonry. In the area of the hall, a reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of prefabricated columns andKS masonry infill walls will be erected.The social wing and the technical area will be stabilized by horizontal ceiling and vertical wall panels that extend through to the foundation.The hall area will be stabilized by the roof structure and the clamped prefabricated columns in connection with infill masonry walls in KS.The ceilings of the social wing and the technical area will be made of prestressed concrete hollow slabs as prefabricated parts and in some areas of reinforced concrete. The cantilevered ceiling above the ground floor is designed as a reinforced concrete ribbed ceiling made of prefabricated parts with in-situ concrete reinforcement (Pi ceiling).ROOFS:The roof construction of the hall consists of timber trusses in glulam with a supporting shell made of trapezoidal steel sheet with acoustic perforations.The thermal insulation of the roof surfaces is made of rock wool, partial areas as EPS insulation.The hall roof and the roof of the equipment wing are coated with gravel. The social wing will have an extensively greened roof. The hall roof is intended for the installation of a photovoltaic system.FACADES:On the outside, a mineral ETIC system is planned; in the area of the building entrances, partial areas will be designed as a curtain wall.CONSTRUCTION:Non-load-bearing walls will be constructed from KS masonry and dry walls. The walls are finished with lime-cement plaster. In all rooms - except storage and technical rooms - GK suspended ceilings are provided - in parts with acoustic perforations.The following materials are used in the fit-out:- Walls: Interior plaster with paint or wall tiles- Floors: floating (heated) screed with rubber covering, industrial parquet, PUR coating or tiles- Sports hall baffle wall: acoustic slats, multiplex- Doors: steel frames with HPL-coated door leaves made of wood-based material, as well as tubular steel frame doors- Windows: plastic profiles in the social wing; otherwise steel profiles with shutter systems- Mullion and transom facades (hall): Steel profiles, partly with venetian blindsElectrical installationA complete electrical installation of the building will be carried out, including a public address system, data network, general LED lighting systems and a security lighting system with a central battery system.The main entrances will be equipped with a video intercom system.In addition, call systems for disabled sanitary areas, a public address system, a Cat. A PV system is to be installed on the roof of the sports hall.HEATING:Two air heat pumps are planned on the roof above technical room III to supply the building with heat.The air heat pumps are used to heat the rooms in the two-storey social wing and to heat water. Solar thermal energy will be installed on the roof of the sports hall to support the space heating and hot water preparation. The hall area is heated exclusively by the RLT 01 ventilation system.8 fresh water stations are provided for hot water preparation in the shower areas.The rooms in the social wing are heated by underfloor heating.SANITARY:Drainage takes place via collector pipes made of hot water-resistant PP pipes with ventilation.The drinking water supply within the building will be carried out with metal composite pipes.VENTILATION:The ventilation unit with heat recovery for the sports hall and grandstand will be installed on the roof.Traffic access to the construction site / information on school operationsAn approximately 100 m long construction road leads from the main road to the sports hall building planned at the rear of the property, where there is space for maneuvering the construction site vehicles. The construction work will take place while the school is open. The safety of the children and teaching staff must be ensured at all times!
