Center de la petite enfance Aux 3 Pommes, owner, is requesting bids for a project to develop a new 44-place facility located on Bellehumeur Street in Gatineau.
Plans, specifications, contract documents and other information will be available on the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system.
All duly completed bids must be in a single ".pdf" file format and submitted electronically (i.e., encrypted, in hard copy).

servers), no later than 11:00 a.m. on June 21, 2024. Submissions will be publicly opened on , at 11:02 a.m., via a videoconference link, according to the information below :
They will then be examined by the CPE and checked by the professionals.
The CPE reserves the right to reject any or all submissions received
or to accept neither the lowest nor any of them, without incurring any obligation whatsoever
obligation to the bidder(s).
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the bid amount in the form of a certified cheque payable to CPE Aux 3 Pommes, or a bid bond, valid for a period of 90 days from the bid opening date. This bid bond must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance bond and a bond for pledges, materials and services. The amount of each corresponds to 50% of the contract price.
Tender contractors are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, both in terms of their creditworthiness and the content of their bids.
Please note the following conditions:
Only bids from contractors having their principal place of business in Quebec and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B.-1.1) will be considered for award of the contract.
Only a general contractor who has provided an attestation issued by the Agence du revenu du Québec (ARQ) indicating that he has filed the declarations and reports required under Quebec tax laws and that he has no outstanding accounts with the ARQ will be authorized to submit a bid.
Contractors who :
- is listed in the register of companies ineligible for public contracts under the Act respecting contracting by public bodies;
- has been convicted of a tax offence in the last five (5) years.
Contractors should note that a site visit is available on request. All bidders, general contractors and subcontractors will be deemed to have visited the site, and no claim for lack of knowledge of the site will be submitted or accepted.
The Owner does not undertake to accept any bids received and declines any obligation or liability to bidders.
