Description

The communication network of the Stadtwerke-Halle-Gruppe (SWH Group) is being redesigned and made fit for the future by a project measure of IT-Consult Halle GmbH. Therefore services are tendered to exchange the active network technology (hard- and software) in 43 SWH locations. The bidder has to offer a state-of-the-art active network with a powerful design as a ready-to-use solution. Specifically, the invitation to tender requires 31 core switches, 19 ToR switches, 160 switches for the radio network, and a further 160 switches for the television network. access switches and 210 pcs. WLAN access points as well as a solution for secure network access (IEEE 802.1X), an IPAM solution (IP Address Management) and a solution for flow analysis. In addition, support services over 60 months are required. In addition, 82 existing switches must be integrated into the new network solution.
