Supply of components and services for the process networks (VIP network and OpSpace) of the Stadtwerke München (Munich municipal utility)
Within the scope of the operation and further development of the process networks (VIP-/OpSpace-Netz) of the Stadtwerke München in the department of mobility, a partner is sought for the following services. Delivery services:-Delivery (free domicile) of Extreme network components, software and accessories-Delivery (free domicile) of Belden (formerly Hirschmann) network components, software and accessories-Exchange and handling of returns of defective network componentsService:-24/7 on-call service -3rd level support-Provision of firmware updates for Extreme and Belden network components-Consulting in the analysis and elimination of malfunctions (remote or on-site)-Creation and updating of the latest software updates for Extreme and Belden network components. The following services are provided by the customer:-Monitoring of the active network components via ZABBIX-Management of the active network components via XIQ SE-Creation and execution of backups via XIQ SE-Maintenance of a spare parts pool -Exchange of the active network components
