Description
The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of up to 101,000 tonnes of sand for Class I hydraulic ballast in accordance with the PN-93/G-11010 standard, with the equivalent solutions. The Ordering Party will consider the following parameters of sands/aggregates as equivalent: other aggregates/sands with a dominant mineral component e.g. The orderer will consider the following parameters of sands/aggregates to be equivalent: other sands/aggregates with a dominant mineral component, e.g. carbonate, granite, will meet all requirements for typical quartz sands, and in particular those meeting the requirements:1) Water permeability - minimum 0.007 cm/s;2) Grain content with dimensions below 0.1 mm - maximum 10%;3) Largest grain size - 20 mm;4) Bulk density - minimum 1.3 kg/dm3;5) The material must not contain visible impurities and parts of plants;6) In winter the sand/aggregate must be in a loose state.

The Ordering Party shall consider the following parameters of sands/aggregates as equivalent: other aggregates/sands with a dominant mineral component e.g. The following parameters of sands/aggregates shall be equivalent: other aggregates/sands with a dominant mineral component, e.g. carbonate, granite, will meet all requirements for typical quartz sands, in particular those meeting the requirements:1) Water permeability - at least 0.007 cm/s;2) Grain content less than 0.1 mm - at most 10%;3) Largest grain size - 20 mm;4) Bulk density - at least 1.3 kg/dm3;5) The material must not contain visible impurities and parts of plants;6) In winter the sand/aggregate must be in a loose state.2Within the maximum quantity of sand/aggregate referred to in point 3.1, the Purchaser undertakes to purchase 50 500 tonnes of sand/aggregate. The remaining quantity shall be purchased by the Purchaser as required (right of option).3. Delivery requirements:1) Deliveries of sand/aggregate shall be made by self-unloading vehicles or vehicles with self-unloading trailers.2) Loading and unloading of sand/aggregate shall be at the expense of the Contractor.3) Maximum daily quantity of sand/aggregate delivery: up to 700 tons. Place of delivery: Kopalnia Soli "Wieliczka" S.A. ul. Jedynaka 3, 32-020 Wieliczka.4) Underground sand shall be delivered on working days from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Deliveries between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on working days from Monday to Friday are allowed, at the express request of the Contracting Authority presented in the delivery schedule referred to in item 5.5) Sand deliveries shall be made on the basis of weekly schedules, which shall be prepared by the Ordering Party and sent electronically to the Contractor at least 2 days in advance. In the event of a failure of the sand bedding node, the Purchaser reserves the right to cancel the delivery 1 day in advance.6) Individual deliveries of sand bedding must be accompanied by a delivery note specifying: sand class, quantity of sand, bulk density, vehicle registration number, driver's name and date and time of loading.Detailed information on the subject of the order and the rules for its execution are contained in the model contract which constitutes Appendix 6 to the ToR at www.kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl.
