Description

The purpose of this contract is to update and implement the National Sea Turtle Action Plan for French Guiana 2014-2023.

The service which is the subject of this public contract concerns the following tasks:

1. updating the national marine turtle action plan for French Guiana 2014-2023 on the basis of the mid-term evaluation 2019. This document will be provided to the service provider after notification of the contract;

2) search for funding: accompany the PNATM partners and/or prepare and carry out the applications for funding to finance the actions identified in the plan;

3) implementation of the national marine turtle action plan in French Guiana 2014-2023 :

- define the best strategies for achieving the various NLP objectives according to the means available,

- coordinate and steer actions and actors,

- communicate on ANP actions,

- report to the LED on the progress of actions.
