The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E - hereinafter referred to as "gas", in accordance with the requirements of the Orderer specified in this ToR, carried out within the scope of the following 4 tasks:1. task no. 1 - comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E for installation in the 8th Transport Aviation Base in Kraków - Balice;2. task no. 2 - comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E for installation in the building of the Military Complements Command of Nowy Targ;3. Task no. 3 - complex delivery of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E to be installed in the building of Military Complements Command of Oświęcim;4. Task no. 4 - complex delivery of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E to be installed in the building of the hangar in 8th Base of Transport Aviation in Kraków - Balice.The gas characteristics of the object within the scope of Task no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 are presented in the attachment no. 2 to the ToR.
The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E, in accordance with the requirements of the Orderer specified in the ToR, within the deadline: start - 1.1.2021, end - 31.12.2021.High-methane natural gas with the symbol of group E, being the subject of the order, must meet the quality standards appropriate for the gas of this group, specified in chapter 8 - "Quality parameters of gaseous fuels, quality standards of services, recipients and the way of dealing with complaints". (§ 38-44) of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158) and the Act of 10 April 1995. Energy law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833, as amended) and executive acts issued on its basis.The gas characteristics of the facility are presented in Appendix 2 to the ToR.
