Description

This RFQ will include the replacement of the components with:

Server hardware (Dell hardware)
- virtualised hosting infrastructure
- physical servers for non-virtualised services
- racks cabling and ancillary hardware

Storage hardware (Dell hardware)
- storage
- backups

Network hardware (Cisco hardware)
Switches

Other hardware and cabling
Workstations (Dell hardware)

The components should come with varying levels of TEMPEST certification.

The scope of each schedule includes support for 1 year and costed options for up to 5 years on the equipment that is being replaced.

The envisaged procurement procedure for this RFQ will be the BOA+ procedures.

The contact will be awarded to the company that submits the lowest quote that is technically compliant in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the RFQ.

You must hold a valid BOA with the NCI Agency to bid.

Parts and equipment needed for the project should be brand new and of the highest grade available

The RFQ package is anticipated to be NATO unclassified.

The reference for this RFQ is RFQ-CO-115724-CSSR-WP2 and all correspondence concerning this RFQ should include this number.
