Description

Bids are wanted to clean the HVAC ducts and related air handling units in level -1 of the main complex at JFCNP HQ in Lago Patria.

This is firm fixed price contract.

This contract is for 15 September 2022 to 31 December 2022 with a possible further extension option of a year.

Bidding procedure lowest price technically compliant – ACO eBid portal will be used for the competition.

The base period estimated cost is EURO 106,000.

The estimated total contract value is EURO 239,000.

Classification NATO unclassifield.

You will require a national declaration issued by the nations authorities, that is compliant with host Nation law and NATO security requirements.

NOS secret level is required in order to work at JFC Naples main building.

The closing date for bids is 27 July 2022.

To be eligibility you must be a governmental or commercial entities that:
- that maintains a professionally active facility (office, factory and laboratory) within NATO-member nations
- that provide the funding for the aforementioned requirement
- has successfully performed at least 2 contracts with a minimum 2 years period of performance within the last 5 years similar in scope to the required work
