TENDER NOTICE NO. CE/AMN/P&S/T-354
NAME OF WORK: WELDING WORK OF 500KV T/LINES (GATTI-ROUCH, FAISALABD WEST-GATTI CKT-II AND HBS-FAISALABAD) UNDER MANAGER AM NORTH CIRCLE, GATTI FAISALABAD
1.National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) ?The Purchaser?, is responsible for development and control of power transmission system in the country, invites sealed bids through ?Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure? on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms as defined under IB-3 of Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents, registered with Income Tax and Provisional Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Tax payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered with PEC in appropriate category as per NTDC specifications (details, types and quantities mentioned in the bidding document).
2.Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before one day of opening at the following address during office hours (08:30 am to 04:30 pm). Price of the Bidding Documents is PKR 2,000 (Pak Rupees Two Thousand Only). The method of payment for purchase of Bidding Documents will be in the form of cash.

3.All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount not less than 2 % of the Total Bid Price in the form of CDR or Pay Order from a Bank in Pakistan.
4.The Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Documents must reach at the above address on or before 13.01.2025 14:30 hours PST. The Bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk
5.The NTDC reserves the right to reject all bids and to annul bidding process at any stage prior to contract award as defined in Clause 33(1) of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
6. The bidder should not be blacklisted from NTDC, DISCO or any Government organization at the time of bidding.
