PROJECT: Snow removal and sanding of municipal streets
Newport sector






The City of Chandler is seeking bids for snow removal and sanding of secondary roads under municipal jurisdiction in the Newport area. This is a one-year contract, renewable for a second year and then for a third year depending on the degree of appreciation of the work done. The City of Chandler may terminate the contract after the first or second year if it is not fully satisfied with the mandate granted.
Bidding documents and other information will be available on October 17, 2018 from OACS (www.seao.ca) or at 1-866-669-7326. Obtaining documents is subject to the fees of this organization.
Bids will be received until 9:00 a.m. (9:00 a.m.) on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the undersigned's office located at 35 Commercial Street West in Chandler and will be publicly opened on the same day at the same time in the boardroom.
The bidder must provide, when depositing its bid, a certified cheque or bond in the amount of 5% of its bid. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Tender for snow removal and sanding" and addressed to:

The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids submitted and incurs no costs or obligations for losses incurred by bidders as a result of such decisions.
