It will be executed through the consultation and award of specific subsequent contracts according to the needs of the administration. Candidates are informed that each contract will be concluded with:an individual bidder,a joint grouping,or a joint grouping with a joint representative.If the selected candidates have presented themselves in the form of a joint grouping with a non-joint representative, they will be required to modify the form of their grouping as part of a fine-tuning process prior to notification of the contract.For the execution of the framework agreement, the joint grouping's representative is jointly and severally liable with each of the grouping's members for its contractual obligations towards the purchaser.When applying as part of a grouping, each member of the grouping must provide all documents and information attesting to its legal, professional, technical and financial capacities.
